Care Activities Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Care Activities Manager to join our team at Crooton. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of activities that promote social interaction and overall well-being among our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement activity plans that cater to diverse resident interests and abilities
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute events within the home and in the local community
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for residents
