About the Role:

This part-time position is based at Bristol Dental Hospital, where you will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination. Your administrative experience and good communication skills will enable you to effectively manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.

Person Specification:
  • Clerical/administrative experience, including filing and reception.
  • Experience dealing with the public, both on the telephone and in person.
  • Educated to GCSE grade C or above in English Language and Maths.
  • Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.
