Business Development Opportunity

Closer HR Services Limited is a successful independent Sales and Lettings Agent in Cambridge. This role offers a relaxed yet efficient working environment with a close team atmosphere.

We are seeking a motivated individual to contribute to the business's growing market share and benefit from a lucrative and uncapped commission scheme.

The salary package is Circa £35,000 plus commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to sell effectively
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register
  • Arrange viewings and conduct them professionally
  • Efficiently handle problems arising during tenancy
  • Conduct checkouts and liaise with parties to negotiate a speedy deposit return
  • Manage landlord relationships and resolve property issues
  • Communicate effectively with solicitors throughout the sales process

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, with a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am to 1pm. Saturday cover may also be required occasionally.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in Property Sales or a comparable role
  • ARLA qualifications an advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience using residential software packages
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
