About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Lead to join our team at London Academy of Excellence Tottenham, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality pastoral support to our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing wellbeing strategies, working closely with our pastoral team, including the Designated Safeguarding Lead, safeguarding officers, and SEN Learning Support Assistant.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our students and staff.

As a Mental Health Lead, you will be expected to model the values of the school, promoting academic ambition and student wellbeing through your work.
