Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Work closely with the pastoral team to develop and implement strategies that promote student wellbeing and pastoral care.
  • Collaborate with the counselling team and Heads of Year to provide comprehensive support for students.
  • Model the values of academic ambition and a commitment to the wellbeing of students.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

We welcome applications from candidates with a background in counselling and safeguarding who are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential. Ideally, applicants should have experience working in youth mental health services.
