Mental Health Lead Role

LAE Tottenham is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Lead to join its pastoral team. This pivotal role will play a critical part in supporting the wellbeing and academic success of students.

About the Post

This full-time role is offered on a permanent basis and involves working 40 hours per week, term-time plus three weeks. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote mental health and wellbeing among students.
  • Collaborate with the counselling team to provide effective support services.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the school's values and policies are upheld.
