About the Role:

  • As a SEN Support Professional, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Key Stage 1 and 2.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to help develop and implement individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies in collaboration with the classroom teacher and SENCO.
  • You will also assist in managing classroom behaviour, promoting a positive learning environment, and supporting the emotional well-being of students.
  • A competitive salary of £85-£100 per day reflects your valuable contribution to the school community.
