**Position: Senior Support Worker for a Youth Residential Facility**
**About the Role**
A leading provider of residential care services for youth in a vibrant and multi-ethnic area is looking for a Senior Support Worker. This role is critical in offering support to young individuals facing complex emotional and behavioural challenges. Our facility is recognized for its commitment to improving the lives of young people, aiming to reach those deemed unreachable. **Who We're Looking For**
- Minimum of 6 months experience in residential care for children.
- Preferably holds a full UK driving license.
- Must have completed or be working towards a Level 4 NVQ in Residential Childcare.
- Experience in conducting reflective supervisions is an advantage.
- Must be IT literate and possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 43.75 hours per week.

- Day shift, Overnight shift, and Night shift availability required.
