At Teaching Personnel, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Allied Health Professional to join our team at a well-regarded SEN school in Chorley. This is a temporary agency role designed to cover recruitment gaps, with flexibility to suit the needs of individual applicants.
About the Role:
Supporting Students with Moderate to Severe NeedsAs an Allied Health Professional, you will support students with moderate to severe learning needs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting daily activities, and working closely with teaching and support staff to provide a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential care and support to students with a range of needs, including personal care
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Support individual learning and development plans for each student
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment
Requirements:
- Experience or genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs
- Compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs
- Flexibility to work within an agency role on a temporary, adaptable schedule
