Job Title:

This is a part-time, temporary position requiring exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain health and safety compliance, including reports, inspections, maintenance, and security.
  2. Assist in coordinating events and activities within a residential setting.
  3. Promote our organisation and services to potential residents and tenants.
  4. Address inquiries related to organisational management.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably within the housing sector.
  2. Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  3. The ability to uphold high standards of personal conduct and professional relationships.
  4. Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
  5. Capacity to work effectively within a team and independently.

This role requires a strong understanding of organisational procedures and policies, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
