Job Overview

A talented individual is sought to assume temporary cover as the House Manager for a period of approximately 12 weeks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations and resources, delivering exceptional customer service to tenants of the facility.

This part-time, temporary role entails:

  1. Maintaining comprehensive records and adhering to emergency protocols
  2. Coordinating events and activities with precision
  3. Engaging with potential homeowners and tenants, introducing them to the organisation's services
  4. Addressing inquiries related to various aspects of organisational management
  5. Ensuring comprehensive Health and Safety procedures are in place, including reports, procedural adherence, inspections, maintenance, and security

We seek an individual with:

  1. Previous experience in a customer-centric environment, preferably within the housing sector
  2. Exceptional communication skills and a strong orientation towards customer service
  3. Ability to uphold high standards of personal conduct and professional relationships
  4. Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
  5. Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting and work autonomously

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 + holiday pay, with the opportunity to work near Llandudno.
