Family Support Coordinator

Families across Medway require support, guidance, and care. As a Family Support Coordinator at Ackerman Pierce Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing these services.
You will work closely with families facing complex challenges, including mental health, domestic abuse, and substance misuse. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting children placed with connected carers and providing tailored support to carers.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, as well as a commitment to Medway's relationship-based practice model and an understanding of the needs of children and their carers.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £46,646 per annum, plus a £2,000 annual retention payment after 2 years' service. Our benefits package includes a relocation package of up to £8,000 for those residing at least 20 miles from the office, flexible working arrangements, and manageable caseloads.
