Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior staff at our client's site in Oxford. This will involve acting as a central point of contact for the maintenance department, assisting with the coordination of planned maintenance, and working with staff and contractors. You will also be responsible for inputting data, creating reports, and maintaining health and safety documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrator role
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programmes, Excel, and Word
  • Experience inputting data and creating reports
  • Knowledge of health and safety documentation
