Commercial Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales with experience in event sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
The Role
As the Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with industry decision-makers, securing award entries, sponsorships, and table/seat bookings for our UK and US award ceremonies, and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure award entries, sponsorships, and table/seat bookings for our UK and US award ceremonies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with industry decision-makers
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Generate new business while nurturing existing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorships and client agreements
Benefits working as a Commercial Partnerships Manager
We offer a competitive salary package of £40,000 basic with realistic OTE (pro-rata) up to £45,000. Other benefits include 24 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidays (pro-rata), hybrid working, cycle to work scheme, health cash plan, contributory pension scheme, holiday exchange programme, and relaxed dress code.
