**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Highland services, providing dynamic leadership to staff teams and ensuring measurable quality outcomes for individuals supported.

**About the Role:**

This post covers a number of existing services and requires the successful applicant to be a Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in managing complex learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health services
  • Leading a significant team of staff and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary context
  • Successfully and confidently managing support for individuals within a Positive Behavioural Support framework

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years management experience in a relevant field;
  • An SVQ Level 3 qualification in Care or an equivalent while SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management is desirable
  • A Professional development Award within Positive Behavioural support or a willingness to undertake this
  • Driver and access to a vehicle

**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
