The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Highland Service Lead to join our team in the Highlands.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring The Richmond Fellowship Scotland's presence and influence within key partnership forums.
As Senior Highland Service Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to strategic development and management of our services, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users, and have a deep understanding of the social care sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Highland services team, providing guidance and support to staff members
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and user experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, funders, and local authorities
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that ensure high-quality service delivery
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
