Sales Administrator Job Description

At Rubber Duck Cars, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the sales team, including processing customer files and invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring up-to-date stock information.
  • Customer Service: Build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Vehicle Sales Management: Assist in the effective management of vehicle sales, balancing customer wants and expectations with the complexities of vehicle manufacturing processes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and complete records of all transactions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Proficient in web-based applications and administrative experience.
  • Core Skills: Core Maths and English qualifications, use of Microsoft Office, and demonstrable ability to use computerised stock monitoring systems.
  • Driving License: Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
