About the Opportunity
">This is an exciting position supporting Internal Recruitment across the business with recruitment activities on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting hiring managers to advertise, attract, screen and onboard all new candidates throughout Anglia, Sussex and the Northeast regions.
The role is based at our Head Office in Colchester on a hybrid model on a 9-month FTC.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Recruitment and Onboarding
Raising Authorisation to Recruit (ATR) on our ATS, Screening suitable applicants and advising hiring managers, Scheduling interviews, Ensuring hiring managers have the correct interview questions and role profiles/job descriptions, Acting on feedback from hiring managers and Preparing and sending onboarding documents.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience within a Recruitment team with a strong understanding of compliance and Network Rail rules and regulations.
They will also possess excellent organisational skills, exceptional candidate focus and ability to build internal relationships strengthening partnerships between departments.
">About You
">We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and has experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM databases and possesses excellent communication skills.
The salary for this role is £32,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Please note that this role is open to candidates who are able to work on a hybrid model on a 9-month FTC.
