About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team at PSR Solutions in Essex. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the coordination and delivery of infrastructure projects, working closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for infrastructure development, a strong understanding of project management principles, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating large-scale infrastructure projects, including rail and civil engineering works. They will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, as required by regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
