Transforming Mental Health Care in Kent and Medway

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Transformation Manager to join our team at the Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of mental health services in our region.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, occupational therapy, or social work, with experience in supervisory or leadership roles. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of mental health strategies and initiatives
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and community groups

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive access to our comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave allowance, pension scheme, and flexible working options.

Requirements

  • Registered MH nurse, OT, or SW qualification
  • Teaching and assessing qualification
  • Ability to travel across sites

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Management/leadership qualification
  • Supervisory/leadership experience
