Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their dynamic sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, from processing invoices and credit notes to providing administrative support to the sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices, credit notes, and customer returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle purchase ledger invoice queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales representatives, including data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Process customer orders and generate relevant paperwork for the production team.
  • Order goods and services in line with business requirements and maintain stock control.
  • Plan, prioritize, and monitor the delivery of goods to meet customer expectations.
  • Undertake miscellaneous business requirements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
