Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their dynamic sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, from processing invoices and credit notes to providing administrative support to the sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices, credit notes, and customer returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle purchase ledger invoice queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the sales representatives, including data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
- Process customer orders and generate relevant paperwork for the production team.
- Order goods and services in line with business requirements and maintain stock control.
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor the delivery of goods to meet customer expectations.
- Undertake miscellaneous business requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
