About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team at Adecco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales representatives, processing invoices and credit notes, and maintaining accurate data in our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales representatives, including processing invoices, credit notes, and customer returns.
  • Financial Management: Process invoices, credit notes, and customer returns, and handle purchase ledger invoice queries.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, and provide information and admin support to our external sales representatives.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate data in our IT systems, and plan, prioritize, and monitor the delivery of goods.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders and generate relevant paperwork for our production team, and order goods and services in line with business requirements.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong advantage in SAP, CRM systems, and ARMA.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
