About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our client's dynamic team in Dover. As a Chef, you will be responsible for running the kitchen during your shift, ensuring food is prepared to order while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to develop and implement menu ideas and promotions
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
