We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team in Dover. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Chef de Partie Duties:
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet our restaurant's expectations.
  • Follow instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete daily tasks.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Supervise junior chefs or commis, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
  • Ensure the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required.
