Chef Required for Busy Client in Dover

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Blue Arrow Maidstone. As a chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Chef de Partie Duties:
    • Prepare and cook food to meet the standard and quality set by the restaurant.
    • Follow instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete daily tasks.
    • Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
    • Supervise junior chefs or commis.
    • Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products.
    • Ensure the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality.

Requirements: Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is necessary for this role. If you have the skills and experience required, please apply or contact Davi for more information.
