Store Leadership Position

As a Store Manager at M&S Simply Food, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales. You will ensure that the store achieves its financial targets and adheres to brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail environment. You will have experience working to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs, and ratios, as well as cost-saving initiatives.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, motivating and increasing the performance of your team through mentoring, training, and succession planning. You will also be able to remain calm under pressure in a pressurized environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager looking to take their career to the next level, or a Manager within the retail or hospitality sectors looking for a new challenge.
