Store Manager

As a store leader at BP Greggs, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve brand standards. The role involves maximizing profit by driving sales and controlling costs, as well as partnering with the Store Manager to set targets for the team.
Key responsibilities include leading teams to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service, processing stock counts and orders, and taking ownership of customer feedback. You will also be responsible for supporting the team with preparing food and refreshments.

What you will bring to us:
- Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable
- Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
- Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
- Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure
