Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to fill the role of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Olesky Associates, Inc. in Cape Cod.
Compensation Package: The successful candidate can expect a salary of $130,000 to $160,000 per year, based on their level of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient care needs and gather relevant clinical data.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with psychiatric illnesses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Inpatient and/or ED experience preferred.
- Telephonic backup from a psychiatrist required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills essential.
