Geriatric Nurse Care Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate good judgment and tact when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
This position involves working independently with telephonic support from a psychiatrist. The estimated salary for this role is $155,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex behavioral health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective management of patient outcomes. Experience in inpatient and/or ED settings is preferred, but not required.
