Compassionate Care Assistants Required

Care South, a leading provider of residential care and care at home in the south of England, is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills and career.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to clients within their own homes, working closely with them to understand their needs and abilities. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with medication, meal preparation, and domestic services, as well as supporting community visits and regular communications with our office support team.
We offer a competitive salary of £30 per hour, with additional benefits including full-time, part-time, and flexible hours available. You will also receive 40p per mile mileage allowance for travel time between clients. Our employees enjoy a range of perks, including free life assurance and a Blue Light discount card.
To be successful in this role, you will need a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You should be flexible in your working hours and able to work every other weekend.
