As an Event Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve promoting our venue and event spaces, collaborating with the events team to develop tailored event proposals and packages, and ensuring smooth event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell event services and facilities to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits and showcase the venue and event spaces.
  • Collaborate with the events team to develop tailored event proposals and packages.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event bookings, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to generate new leads and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of event planning and execution processes.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Familiarisation & Onboarding

  • Visit relevant local Get Golfing venues to learn Get Golfing ethos.
  • On job work buddy during first two weeks in each department (FOH, Kitchen, Events).
