We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Events Coordinator to drive sales and event success for our prestigious hotel in Egham, Surrey. As a key member of our team at N.E. Recruitment, you will be responsible for proactive and reactive selling, event coordination, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Event Coordination
    • Proactively sell the hotel for conferences, meetings, weddings, and banqueting, achieving high standards and scores for sales actions.
    • Reactively handle customer enquiries and complete event administration.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Achieve maximum revenue from conference and banqueting space by developing innovative sales and revenue ideas for meetings and events business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, hospitality, events, or wedding planning is essential.
  • Prioritise excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 + bonus package.
  • A generous holiday allowance of 4-5 weeks per year.
