About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Executive to join our team at Great Fosters Hotel, a Grade 1 listed building in 50 acres of stunning gardens and parkland in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell Great Fosters Hotel to clients for conferences, banquets, and weddings.
  • Handle enquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Events Manager to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Manage event coordination, including booking confirmations, room allocations, and catering arrangements.
  • Work closely with the operational team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales coordination within a hospitality or events industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
