Temporary Learning Manager Position

Outwood Academy Hasland Hall in Derbyshire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our support staff structure, you will provide academic and behavioural support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a school environment, be familiar with the challenges faced by students and young people, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing academic and behavioural support to students
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working within a school environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
