Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at GBS Global Applied Knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth resolution of student enquiries and customer problems from start-to-finish, ensuring a positive experience for our students.
Main Responsibilities- Student Enquiry Resolution: Manage and resolve student enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our students.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and improve efficiency.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with students, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, team management, and process improvement.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Higher Education Experience: Experience working in a higher education institution.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience working in customer service, with a focus on student-facing services.
