About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Commodities Operations Director to lead our Physical Commodities Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and improve current physical commodity operations processes
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development aligned with strategic goals
  • BUILD strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, and operations teams
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in physical commodities, preferably within a banking or regulated financial setting
  • Proven track record of leading diverse teams to achieve strong results
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver projects driving measurable risk management outcomes
  • Ability to balance detail with strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What We Offer:
  • $200,000 - $250,000 per year salary package
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
