Lead Physical Commodities Operations Team

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Physical Commodities Operations team in EMEA. As a key member of our commodities business, you will be responsible for driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience in physical commodities, preferably within a banking or regulated financial setting. You will have a proven track record of leading diverse teams to achieve strong results and demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver projects driving measurable risk management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise to drive business-aligned operations
  • Lead high-performing specialists to achieve strategic goals
  • Identify and leverage new opportunities aligned with business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, and operations teams
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in physical commodities
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate projects and drive results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
