The successful candidate will provide professional support to the Commodities Operations department, ensuring that all aspects of day-to-day work are processed efficiently and correctly.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scanning and logging documents into Excel and bank systems
  • Filing and archiving documents, including supporting TFS in administrative duties
  • Sanction screening of parties in the TI system
  • Carrying out vessel checks through IMB and Polestar
  • Raising Transactional Enhanced Due Diligence (TEDD) requests

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in office filing and archiving, preferably in a trade finance operations department.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications is essential, as well as basic knowledge of trade finance products and relevant rules such as UCP, ISBP, URDG, and URR/ISP 98.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
