Emergency Outbound Call Handler Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as an Emergency Outbound Call Handler. This role is a critical part of our Alarm Response Centre, where you will play a vital role in supporting our service users in their time of need.

As an Emergency Outbound Call Handler, you will be responsible for following up on emergency calls, checking in on our service users, and ensuring the correct help is in place. You will work closely with our larger team to provide reassurance and support to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on emergency calls and check in on service users
  • Ensure the correct help is in place for service users
  • Work closely with the larger team to provide reassurance and support

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Good general standard of education
  • Can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
