We are seeking a highly skilled Responsible Data Coordinator to join our team at Clarion Housing in Norwich, England.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining incoming and outgoing post functions. Your key focus will be to allocate documents received to the correct team using the appropriate channel.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge of GDPR and experience handling confidential and sensitive information. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office and document control software such as SharePoint.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient document management and maintain accurate records. This is a challenging but rewarding position that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain incoming and outgoing post functions

  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations

Requirements:
