Retail Team Lead and Training Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store.
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies.
- Collaborate with the Training and Development team to design and deliver staff training programs.
- Monitor staff progression and training completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
