Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing store operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage shop operations, overseeing daily activities, and implementing improvements for efficiency and profitability
- Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
- Motivate and lead the retail team, fostering a positive work environment
- Undertake store administration tasks, setting sales targets, and analyzing financial reports
- Liaise with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering
- Schedule staff and manage rotas to ensure adequate manpower
- Maintain high standards of customer service and health and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- An energetic and positive attitude, with strong leadership and customer management skills
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Willingsness to learn new skills and share knowledge with colleagues
