Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing store operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage shop operations, overseeing daily activities, and implementing improvements for efficiency and profitability
  • Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
  • Motivate and lead the retail team, fostering a positive work environment
  • Undertake store administration tasks, setting sales targets, and analyzing financial reports
  • Liaise with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering
  • Schedule staff and manage rotas to ensure adequate manpower
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and health and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • An energetic and positive attitude, with strong leadership and customer management skills
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Willingsness to learn new skills and share knowledge with colleagues
