Senior HR Business Partner, EMEA AGS PXT

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to drive the development and implementation of the HR Strategy for our AWS Global Sales business in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a core, strategic, and trusted member of the AWS EMEA team, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to drive performance, accelerate business growth, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead the annual HR talent management cycle, including talent and performance management, compensation management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, strategies, and initiatives to drive business objectives, productivity, and development.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with experience in developing and executing effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.
  • Customer-obsessed, with a bias for action, and a strong solutions focus.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume workload environment, with a strong internal and external customer focus.
  • Strong project management skills, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in HR or MBA.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, ideally in a cloud or tech sales environment.
  • Experience in managing and leading organizational change, and strategic HR management.
