We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary teacher to join our team in Redruth. As an Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in inspiring students to learn and achieve.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires the ability to work well under pressure with a deadline and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to create a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, self-esteem, and self-efficacy.
Responsibilities- Encourage students to use their critical thinking skills to solve problems and develop their imagination

- Collaborate with parents and other teachers to create a learning community that meets the needs of each student
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching students from all backgrounds and possess strong imagination and critical thinking skills.
A competitive salary of £145 per day is offered, commensurate with experience. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including job security and opportunities for professional growth.
