Teaching Personnel is a leading education recruitment agency, and we're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist in Mid Cornwall.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive impact on children's lives while gaining valuable experience and qualifications. As a Learning Support Specialist, you'll work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to provide general classroom or 1:1 support, helping children undertake intervention programmes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification while working in a supportive and challenging environment. You'll work as part of a team to ensure all children achieve their potential, developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic classroom setting.

Estimated salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience). All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

  • This is a fixed-term contract for 37 hours across 5 days
