  • Design and implement individualised support strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a trauma-informed school culture.
  • Prioritise the use of therapeutic techniques to support students in managing their emotions and behaviours.
  • Engage in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise in trauma and special education.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per year

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience working with children with special needs, especially those who have experienced trauma.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children.
  • Desirable: Relevant qualifications in special education or a related field.
