At 4Com Plc, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone support to our customers, ensuring their systems are maintained and they are satisfied with our service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1st line telephone support to customers to resolve their issues.
  • Obtaining referrals from satisfied customers and passing them to the upgrades team.
  • Reporting 3rd party faults and passing them to the relevant department where necessary.
  • Supporting the technical team in additional areas where required.
  • Carrying out general administration duties such as logging calls, database administration, etc.

We are looking for someone with:

  • An excellent and confident telephone manner.
  • Prior exposure to telecoms/IT (preferred but not essential).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and enthusiasm for all duties.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience in an inbound call centre or customer service is preferred, although full training will be given.

This role is office-based in Bournemouth, and we offer a range of benefits including salary of up to £24,000 per annum DOE, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, and a refer a friend scheme.
