About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at CLD Recruitment. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and debts in all sectors, from pre-legal to litigation and enforcement proceedings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to negotiate fair and affordable repayment solutions.
  • Manage client portfolios and develop strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective debt resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise in debt recovery.
  • Meet and exceed billing targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in debt recovery or a related field, with a strong understanding of the debt recovery process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
