Care Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Assistant to join our care team in Darlington, offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour.

This is a permanent position working 38.5 hours per week on day or night shifts, with great staff benefits and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement individual care plans for residents, ensuring a person-centred approach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
  • N/SVQ level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Diploma/HNC in Health and Social Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach, committed to delivering exceptional care standards.
