Join our Team as a Care Assistant

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services in the UK, with a reputation for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. We're currently seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our team, working on a part-time basis to provide cover for our care homes.

As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll assist our residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You'll also provide emotional support and companionship, helping our residents to maintain their independence and dignity.

You'll work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans that meet individual needs. To succeed in this role, you'll need to have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and training opportunities.
